Rent - A - Relative Inc.

Rent-A-Relative, Inc. is family owned and operated by Debra E. Feniello, President and her son, Antonio Feniello, Vice President. Rent-A-Relative, Inc. was established in June of 2006. Though the company is brand new...the knowledge and experience behind it is not. Debra Feniello has over thirty years of experience and expertise in people oriented service industry. She owned and operated Karing Independent Senior Services, a state licensed home health agency for several years in the early nineties, here in Highlands County. No small feat for a single parent with three young children. If that wasn't enough, she also owned and operated a pre-school and daycare in downtown Sebring for a while.

She did all the cooking for her oldest son, Gibran's, first business venture, Island Time Cafe. The whole family got involved with that one. The Cafe opened in September of 1996 and was located at the Fairmount Cinema Square. Lara was our 11 year old waitress (she's now a clerk at the County court house),Tony was 13, and hated the dreaded dish washing (he's our V.P. at Rent-A-Relative, Inc.) and Gibran did everything asked of him (he's now an Area Manager for Bernie Little Distributors, Inc.). The family loved the customers, but decided the Feniello's didn't like restaurant work!

Debra went on to work privately and eventually moved to Miami on private assignment. In the spring of 2005, her assignment in Miami concluded and she returned to Sebring to be closer to her children. That's when the idea of Rent-A-Relative, Inc. was born. The rest, as they say, "will be history!"
